Our busy front office staff’s primary responsibility is supporting our patients and therapists in keeping a smooth-running schedule so that we can serve clients as efficiently as possible. Although patients are expected to be aware of the benefits their insurance offers, we also do our best to communicate regularly with insurance companies to insure patient’s benefits are uninterrupted. It is our goal to always greet you cheerfully in person and on the phone!
